Try the smtp port number of one of your working accounts.It's not perfect but if you are accustomed to working with Windows Live Mail, this will allow you to receive all If you don't know the stmp (if you're in a hotel) you're just going to have to use your email through your provider's website. Nothing else changed other than using this router versus the one I have at home.I will have to investigate the settings and perhaps someone from Comcast can help. So,I cannot do my job until this is fixed. Then opened windows live mail 2012 and re-typed the smtp.comcast.net and my password, changed my outgoing port to 465 under the outgoing mail account properties in the advanced tab and my Check This Out I had to change the outgoing stmp to 587 and uncheck the "connect using a secure server." Go to accounts (in the upper toolbar), properties, advanced.

I'm already aware of when I create an email, I can select request read receipt, select the importance of LOW, NORMAL or HIGH as well as spell-check... When you then attempt to send and receive, Live Mail will not send the email stuck in the outbox because the original email account that created it no longer exists.
