Still looking for a permanent solution. Downloaded Live and reinstalled it again. And apparently there is not rhyme or reason to which ones remained on the server and which ones did not. In the Profile Name box, type the name you want to use for your new profile. You will still need the People app in Win 10, however, to reconstruct your contacts in eM Client - it does not pull those in.  It will also work with most Restart Choose Start > Run, and in the Open box, type Outlook.

Ending the largest process (the WLM process that is using the most memory) kills them all. You can run the Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe) to scan your Outlook data files and repair errors.
