The scanpst program did not fix it. (easiest way to get there is rt click on the Outlook 2013 tile) BTW the pst got broken when I upgraded from w8 to I then started Outlook and it said that I had a corrupted .pst file, it repaired it, and operation returned to normal. Find the .ost (Outlook Data File) file causing the problem. 3. Had same problem yesterday, fix was to go the outlook.pst file and make sure the permissions are set correctly.
