As far as JeffyD's suggestions, in my original post I had already pointed out that I tried that: "I also tried deleting the Microsoft Windows Media Center Extender Host certificate and Whenever I try to configure the xbox it'll set everything up and on the very last step that says "connecting to your extender" it'll time out and say "Extender Connection Failed" I have already tried removing the Extender on both ends and retrying several times, but I have the same result. I think it might have been conflicting software as i have removed most of the software from the computer except for microsoft office and last night I did not get any it was an overly complicated movie library software that didn't work to well. My Windows 7 is not activated, I don't know if that might be a problem. I deleted the WMC/WMC Extender setup on both the PC and Xbox tons of times, which never solved this issue.

please help it really is driving me crazy.
