I installed some windows updates recently and one of them was KB2837616 which is a security update for SharePoint http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=42839 When trying to access company web users are presented with the I thought I made it clear that permissions are not the problem here. I enter my current logon credentials, and I am allowed in (seems to be domain admins only who can get in). If IUSR does not have access, Windows Integrated takes affect (even though allow anonymous is checked).
When I tried to access this site through IE7 I'm asked for the username and password. It always gets to an 401.1 error, denied access due to bad credentials. Any Reply ?
