Localhost was working and now, without changing anything I now keep getting: Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Now using ApacheMonitor, click Restart and hopefully apache should now of loaded with PHP. It isn't too hard to do. I'v downloaded the newest apache and php versions.

I've never used PHP, Apache or mysql. The CGI and CLI binaries, and the web server modules all require the php5ts.dll file to be available to them. . . . However, replacing it with php5ts.dll from PHP 5.3.0 did not help. Thank You!
