see my answer. Nonetheless, based on your replies I resinstalled the PHP stuff in a brand new directory named C:\PHP\PHP5.2.17 (no spaces) and edited the httpd.conf to use the new directory name. Do I need to do something about that? Rathe than using the zip, try using the one with the installer - picking the right one from the windows php download list (the apache / VC6 build of 5.2) dklynn
In Doctor Strange what was the title of the book Stan Lee was reading in his cameo? You need VC9 build as that is how official PHP builds are compiled now (you can read small explanation on PHP for Windows website -- see link in #2).
